the salon lux downtown was very very cute and had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. emma was so nice and fun to talk to, and she did an amazing job on my hair. she listened to everything I wanted and paid so much attention to detail. she made me feel comfortable the entire time, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I can't say enough good things about this salon and the girls that work here. Abbey does my hair, and has for several years now. I always get compliments and we're always working together to meet my hair goals. No matter how busy she is, she finds a way to squeeze me in if I need to get in earlier than my appointment date. They use and sell the best products, and they have great events for dysport/permanent jewelry/ somwtimes tattoos at discounted prices. And the cherry on top is how amazing the actual salon looks. They also always provides yummy beverages. Feels like a spa day every time. 10/10
